INTRODUCTION

Fertility preservation has become an increasingly important part of cancer care for young women with gynecologic malignancies. In this TSFP 3rd webinar, experts will address two key and challenging topics in current practice. The first lecture will focus on controlled ovarian stimulation in patients with estrogen-sensitive malignancies, discussing safety considerations, stimulation strategies, and clinical decision-making. The second lecture will explore fertility preservation in ovarian malignancy, with emphasis on patient selection, available options, and the balance between oncologic safety and reproductive potential.
